Service Description
In my wellness coaching journey we work with diet, cleansing, habit change, nervous system and Somatic practices. Diet - We do an adapted elimination diet of all the most common inflammatory foods, to identify which foods may be wreaking havoc in your system physically and mentally. We'll keep a detailed journal of how the symptoms of your body and mind shift when specific foods are reintroduced. Habit change - We work with micro-habits - quality over quantity, and allow these habits to expand naturally over time. We develop body awareness and work with the nervous system, to more deeply understand what feeds the cycle of your habits or urges. We clarify the difference between an urge and a genuine impulse through somatic tracking. Nervous system and Somatics - We learn to listen to the body's signals and needs with subtle precision and make choices for the health of our body with ease. We stop fighting urges and start effortlessly aligning with genuine intuitive impulses. We identify and develop new supportive inner and outer resources for those moments when the urges do arise. Cleansing - We may do a concentrated enzyme and probiotic cleanse for the gut and/or liver, or try intermittent fasting or some other kind of cleanse depending on your situation. We will work with beliefs, attitudes, childhood conditioning and buried emotions that may be feeding into certain habitual cycles through somatic inquiry and active imagination.
