Service Description

90 minutes of private personalized Yoga Therapy to release tension, build strength and mobility, correct posture and restore a sense of ease in the body. I will work with you in terms of what your goals are and design sessions that fit your level of fitness and mobility, while gently encouraging progress. Please fill out an intake and assessment in advance of one week from your scheduled appointment time if you're booking online!
