Private Instruction
Service Description
90 minutes of private personalized yoga instruction to release tension, build strength and mobility, correct posture and restore a sense of ease in the body. I will work with you in terms of what your goals are and design sessions that fit your level of fitness and mobility, while gently encouraging progress. Because this is Yoga, we will integrate the breath, meditation and other various Yogic practices into the sessions and these practices will also be tailored to meet your unique needs. Please fill out an intake and assessment in advance of one week from your scheduled appointment time if you're booking online!
Cancellation Policy
Lotus Soul Massage Therapy employs a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations. A 50% fee will be charged for no-shows and for cancellations that fall within the 24 hour window. Exceptions may be made in the case of verifiable emergencies and illness, however this is up to the discretion of the therapist.
