Therapeutic Massage and Movement
A custom therapeutic massage and movement session
Service Description
One hour of therapeutic massage followed by 30-45 minutes of therapeutic movement. I will guide you through appropriate therapeutic exercises based on what we discover in session, to enhance and more deeply integrate the bodywork. You will receive a hand out of all the exercises with instructions to take with you and practice at home. This session is only offered to those who have completed a comprehensive intake and received an initial massage session already.
Cancellation Policy
Lotus Soul Massage employs a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Those that repeatedly violate this policy will be blocked from future bookings. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session to complete a comprehensive intake and 5 minutes early for subsequent sessions to allow time for getting on and off the table. If you arrive late, the time it takes to get on the table will be deducted from your session time.
