I use a combination of Lomi-Lomi, (Hawaiian massage), deep tissue and Neuromuscular therapy, (trigger point therapy), for a deep yet gentle full body massage tailored to your specific needs. We address specific problem areas in the body while maintaining a nurturing, rhythmic flow, activating the parasympathetic nervous system for a whole system reset that provides deep relief from chronic patterns of stress in body and mind.
