Cancellation Policy
Lotus Soul Massage employs a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Those that repeatedly violate this policy will be blocked from future bookings. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session to complete a comprehensive intake and 5 minutes early for subsequent sessions to allow time for getting on and off the table. If you arrive late, the time it takes to get on the table will be deducted from your session time.
