"Until we make the unconscious conscious, it will direct our lives and we will call it fate." - Carl Jung In Jungian coaching we work with dreams, images/symbols, synchronicities and metaphor to access guidance from the unconscious mind and foster greater Self connection. Jungian coaching is for people who have been repeating a pattern in life and would like help getting to the heart of it within themselves. Within the Jungian frame we view these patterns as opportunities for growth. The Self or the Soul is usually calling us into some sort of evolutionary process through these challenging experiences. Jungian coaching is for those who would benefit from greater Self connection through understanding how to access their unconscious mind and process the information that comes through with clarity. It's for those who would like to better understand the unconscious drivers underneath their repeated patterns and gain clarity over how to overcome them. And it's for those who are ready to follow the call of their Soul or Self toward integration, individuation and greater wholeness.
