Service Description

This session is for clients who would like to enhance and more deeply integrate the effects of their bodywork sessions. I will build prescriptive sequences, based on what we discover and work with in session, in order to create more lasting transformation in your body. The exercises will be custom tailored to your fitness/mobility levels and you will receive a hand out with descriptive images and instructions, so that you can practice what you've learned in session with me at home as well.
